  This bank is one of the most efficient and customer loving. Never have I been on the lone for more than 10 minutes. They are fast at the same time offer quality service. See for yourself at one of their branches.

  Went their to renew a CD with a substantional amount of money for 5 years. Credit Union rate of 1.75%, National Penn was at 2%. Unfortunately People First would only match up to 1.9%. They lost all our business for only .1%. Their CFO needs additional education in customer service retention. While some of their savings and loan rates may be better, with their lack of Saturday hours and customer service you will be better served at the regular banks. Perhaps the US needs to start taxing credit unions since it seems like they are not holding their end of their advertised bargain.

  As a customer, I have been made to feel as if I am asking for some great favors while using the very inconvenient drive thru service on numerous occasions. I have been told I can not send to many checks through for deposit, I've been told that I am unable to receive the change I am asking for because it is to much, (bills) I have been told that sending the tube more than once is not allowed due to the fact that it will hold up the line and be an inconvenience to the other customers. As I sit there, the customer they are currently supposed to be servicing, and made to feel as if I am demanding some forbidden request. I would not recommend this bank to any one who values their time, as well as dignity.
