  0 stars. The BPA unfairly targets individuals and rips off residents in the town they're supposed to serve. It's now my life's mission to expose these cretins as the incompetent hypocrites they are; & I'd encourage everyone else to do the same. Fight every unfair ticket-the ones you actually receive & the ones that apparently exist but were never left on your car to be paid. Take pictures of your "marked" tires. Take videos of the "officers" themselves totally disregarding the same traffic laws they're holding us accountable to follow. Yeah, it's annoying to take the extra steps, but Roy Manwaring can only side with the BPA over the people of Bethlehem so many times before he's up for reelection, & 2021 will be here before he knows it. I'll be damned if this nonsense continues & my city allows him to (again) waltz into a position of power unchallenged.

  Completely incompetant. Put a boot in my car for 4 nonexistant citations (I had someone drive me to the magistrates to check. I was literally there and they were as confused as I was) and made me pay the boot fee anyway. They then told me it would be off in 40 minutes. 6 hours later its still not off and I come to find out they are closed and wont be open again until Monday. It was friday at 2:30 when I paid. My car is literally a block away from them. The busses stop running before I get out of work and dont have the money to pay for an uber or taxi to get home since I spent all my money getting the boot off. This is ridiculous.
